1password Autofill Not Working

Type the first few letters of the entry into the form field. Firefox will display a drop-down menu with what you've typed into the form before. I wanted to know the security of 1Password in the browser (whether a copy of data is kept locally or on the cloud, etc.)? I should probably change my master password to be safe, but didn't know the possibility of any potential compromise being able to see my data inside of 1Password or when i copy/autofill.   1. Click the Safari menu and choose Preferences.
  2. Click the AutoFill icon.
  3. Turn off all the AutoFill web forms settings: “Using info from my contacts”, “User names and passwords”, “Credit cards”, and “Other forms”.

Chrome

To stop Chrome from asking to save your passwords:

  1. Click the Chrome menu in the toolbar and choose Settings.
  2. Click Passwords.
  3. Turn off “Offer to save passwords”.

Tip

If you’ve saved passwords in Chrome, you can move them to 1Password.

  2. Click “Additional settings”, then click Auto-fill.
  3. Click Passwords.
  4. Turn off “Offer to save passwords”.

Microsoft Edge

To stop Edge from asking to save your passwords:

  1. Click the Edge menu in the toolbar and choose Settings.
  2. Click Passwords.
  3. Turn off “Offer to save passwords”.
